It’s Amazing What You Can Sell ….

I’ve been receiving junk mail (both of the paper and electronic variety) from Thomson Holidays lately. I booked a summer holiday with them last year, so they’re bombarding me with stuff in the hope that I’ll book another this year, I assume. Anyway, so far they’ve sent me six vouchers for money off when you spend a certain amount on one of their holidays, and book it by a certain date. They weren’t of any use to me, as I’m not booking a holiday with them this year, so I stuck them on Ebay for £1.99 each plus 50p postage, and they’ve all sold! Sometimes junk mail can be quite worthwhile!

It’s true. There is a buyer for anything. I was amazed at some of the things i was able to sell. There are people who collect the oddest things like elephansts with their trunks up. I think they are suupposed to bring good luck or something. They may be right, I got real lucky with them. LOL
