Weight & Exercise

Good news – I have managed to do some form of exercise four days out of five this week – either a DVD or walking. I only missed the fifth day because I had an early start to go and collect my car.

And I weighed myself this morning – 3 lb lost – hooray.

    Well done with the weight loss, great feeling isn’t it 🙂 I do a lot of walking as exercise as well.
    Very nice car too – just right for driving over those bumpy car boot fields!
